Hear and Say is a founding member of First Voice, a coalition established in 2010 that brings together leading early intervention centres dedicated to supporting children with hearing loss through listening and spoken language therapy.
First Voice promotes collaboration and champions auditory-based oral education, with the goal of ensuring that every child with hearing loss has access to the resources and support needed to succeed in mainstream education, employment, and society.
Representing highly respected centres across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, First Voice is a regional leader in advocating for world-class early intervention services.
The First Voice Clinical Advisory Committee supports the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families across First Voice centres in Australia, New Zealand, UK and South Africa.
By fostering collaboration between centres, the Committee facilitates the sharing of clinical knowledge, resources, and emerging best practices.
This collective approach drives continuous improvement, informs the development of clinical programs, and supports strategic recommendations to the First Voice Board. It enables joint outcomes reporting, strengthening service effectiveness and delivering shared benefits for all centres and the communities they serve.
The Committee is composed of experienced clinicians from each First Voice member organisation, who contribute valuable insights and leadership to clinical service advancement.
