The Hear and Say graduate program is designed to build on your existing skills, experience and confidence. We provide support to grow your clinical skills to take on a clinical caseload with an individualised program for each client.

Opportunities are available to pursue the Listen and Spoken Language certification, with a dedicated mentorship program for this speciality.

Opportunities may be available for successful candidates to work part-time as Allied Health Professionals before the commencement of the 2025 graduate program.

Graduate placements will be offered in all centres in 2025:

  • Ashgrove (Brisbane)
  • Gold Coast
  • Rockhampton
  • Sunshine Coast and
  • Townsville.

  • Other eligibility criteria include
  • Comprehensive induction into the company, role and team.
  • Service delivery support including systems, administration and procedures training.
  • Dedicated mentoring program for both the speech pathology and listening and spoken language fields.
  • These programs consist of:
    • regular one-on-one mentoring meetings to identify your learning goals, needs and supports,
    • on-the-job training and where relevant online learning.
    • professional development.  
    • observations and shadowing of experienced speech pathologists and/or listening and spoken language specialists to learn our unique and individually tailored clinical services. 
    • support across the team including fortnightly team meetings and access to all clinical discipline colleagues across all centres.
    • reduced caseload over the first six months to cement your learnings.
    • designated case management and clinical administration time.
    • access to a wide range of speech pathology assessment and therapy resources.
